Students whose primary home language is other than English
Students whose first language is other than American English
Students who were born outside of the United States of America
You Must Have Digital Copies All 6 Documents on Hand for Registration
1. Birth Certificate
2. Social Security Number
3. Proof of Residency
4. Georgia Certificate of Immunization (Form #3231)
5. Evidence of Vision, Hearing, Dental, and Nutrition Screening (Form #3300)
6. Photo ID
